Hotel City Resort Helmond fully booked, plenty alternatives available!!
We just found out that Hotel City Resort Helmond is fully booked, it went extremely fast. However, we have various alternatives available, some of which are also very close to the sports hall itself. Our Accommodations page lists all of the hotels with all of the details, but for your convenience, we have listed them below.
- Golden Tulip Hotel West-Ende (Helmond), 1.5KM from the sports hall, in the city center of Helmond (SOLD OUT)
- Best Western wellness Hotel Nobis Asten, 12KM from the sports hall
- Boetiek Hotel Plein Vijf Deurne, 10KM from the sports hall
- NH Geldrop, 15KM from the sports hall

Open-Dutch 2019 invitation is available!
We have heard from the various hotels that reservations for the weekend of the 26th of January are starting to roll in. Many of you have however been waiting for the official invitation. We have just finalized the invitation and we have listed the tournament on sportdata. We hope to see you all the 26th of January 2019.

Please note that registration will be through the Sportdata system, and it starts Friday the 2nd of November. Please mark the following dates on your calendar:
- Friday 2nd of November 2018 – The online registration system will open
- Tuesday 15th of January 2019 – The online registration system will close
- Wednesday 16th of January 2019 – The invoice will be sent by email
- Friday 18th of January 2019 – First draft of the schedule and draw lists will be published online
- Saturday 19th of January 2019 – The full fee must be received on our bank account
- Tuesday 22nd of January 2019 – last option to make corrections or changes
- Thursday 24th of January 2019 – Final schedule and draw lists will be published

Poster for the Open Dutch 2019 is ready!
Preparations for the Open Dutch 2019 are underway. We just received the poster for the 2019 edition and 2CREATE and Jos Klijn have done a great job with the design and the pictures. Thanks for your help. We hope you like the poster as much as we do, and we hope to see you all on Saturday the 26th of January! Please mark your calendar, and please note the day of the week has changed from a Sunday to a Saturday to make it even easier for our international visitors to attend!
Updates to the Accommodations page and new banner
We just made an update to the Accommodations page. Multiple hotels were added with a short summary, more info will be added to that page soon. Note that we have 5 different hotels available this year, and we believe we negotiated some great prices for you, make sure to book early so you are not disappointed. Also make sure to use the booking code so you get the discount. We also have a new cool banner, you will see it popping up at the various tournaments and events we are attending.
