The registration system will close today, which means that if you haven’t submitted your referees, coaches, and your latest changes for competitors yet, you’d better do so before 23:59 Central European Time! Errors made during the registration that would lead to a change in the division of a competitor can’t be processed after today, the 20th of January. In the event of changes (e.g., a change in participants’ weight class) or the withdrawal of a competitor from the competition, please send requests by email to h.vones@itf-d.de and copy wvdmortel16@gmail.com. Changes or withdrawals are considered accepted once they have been confirmed by email.
Invoices for the tournament will be sent out tomorrow, the 21st of January. Please note that a 75 Euro fine will be applied for every missing umpire. In case you missed it in the invite, the requirements for umpires are as follows:
- 1 – 7 competitors – 1 umpire
- 8 – 15 competitors – 2 umpires
- 16 competitors or more – 3 umpires
