Dear participants of Open Dutch 2026.
As you know, the limit of 700 competitors has been reached. In addition, there are more than 30 participants on the waiting list. Most of them are from far away and need to know whether they are accepted or not. Otherwise, they will not be able to book their flights or hotels. Therefore, we have accepted all the applicants currently on the waiting list. At the same time, we closed registration ahead of schedule.
IMPORTANT:
In the event of changes (e.g., a change in participants’ weight class) or the withdrawal of a competitor from the competition, please send requests by email to h.vones@itf-d.de and copy wvdmortel16@gmail.com. Changes or withdrawals are considered accepted once they have been confirmed by email. The deadline for changes or withdrawals remains Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 23:59. As stated on page 6 of the invitation, it will not be possible to make any changes after the deadline.
